Yield: 4 Skewers
- 1 lb 16/20 count shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp Two Snooty Chefs® Jump'em Jamaican Jerk Gourmet Spice Blend
- 1 green bell pepper - cut in 1 inch pieces
- 1 red bell pepper - cut in 1 inch pieces
- 1 large red onion - cut in inch pieces and separate layers
- Soak 4 wooden skewers 20 minutes prior to preparation
- Place shrimp, olive oil, and Two Snooty Chefs® Jump'em Jamaican Jerk Gourmet Spice Blend in a bowl and toss to coat then set aside
- Place all ingredients on the skewers alternating shrimp, peppers, and onion using 4 shrimp per skewer
- Preheat barbeque grill to medium high
- Grill skewers on gas or charcoal grill | 2-3 minutes per side
- Serve and enjoy!!
