Jupm'em Jamaican Jerk Shrimp Skewers

Yield: 4 Skewers
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb 16/20 count shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil 
  • 2 Tbsp Two Snooty Chefs® Jump'em Jamaican Jerk Gourmet Spice Blend 
  • 1 green bell pepper - cut in 1 inch pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper - cut in 1 inch pieces 
  • 1 large red onion - cut in inch pieces and separate layers 
Procedure:
  1. Soak 4 wooden skewers 20 minutes prior to preparation
  2. Place shrimp, olive oil, and Two Snooty Chefs® Jump'em Jamaican Jerk Gourmet Spice Blend in a bowl and toss to coat then set aside
  3. Place all ingredients on the skewers alternating shrimp, peppers, and onion using 4 shrimp per skewer
  4. Preheat barbeque grill to medium high
  5. Grill skewers on gas or charcoal grill | 2-3 minutes per side
  6. Serve and enjoy!!
