Yield: 4 servings
  • 8 large strawberries
  • 2 Tbsp Grand Marnier liqueur
  • 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • ¼ C low fat cream cheese
  • ¼ C vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp superfine granulated sugar – not powdered
  • 2 tsp Two Snooty Chefs® Tellicherry Peppercorns
  1. Trim and slice strawberries and place in small mixing bowl, drizzle with Grand Marnier, sprinkle with granulated sugar and set aside
  2. In another mixing bowl combine cream cheese and yogurt – mix until combined and smooth
  3. Place strawberries into 4 ramekins and top evenly with cream cheese mixture, sprinkle the strawberries in each ramekin with ¼ of the superfine granulated sugar
  4. With peppermill set on medium grind top each ramekin with ground Two Snooty Chefs® Tellicherry Peppercorns – about ½ tsp per ramekin
  5. Place under a broiler in the oven until browned; this can also be done using a torch
  6. Serve and enjoy!
