HERBS DE POULET ARTICHOKE DIP

Yield: 2 Cups
Ingredients:
  • 2 C mayonnaise
  • ¼ C white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Two Snooty Chefs Herbs de Poulet Gourmet Spice Blend
Procedure:
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl – mix to combine to a smooth consistency
  2. Chill
  3. Serve with simmered and chilled artichokes or with a vegetable platter
Note:

Use Two Snooty Chefs Herbs de Poulet Gourmet Spice Blend to make a delicious roasted chicken. Simply brush a fresh chicken with olive oil, coat the chicken with Two Snooty Chefs Herbs de Poulet Gourmet Spice Blend, and roast in your oven or on your rotisserie.
