Yield: 8 sliders
Chicken Burgers
  • 16 oz lean ground chicken
  • 1 C grated pepper jack cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced and caramelized
  • 8 mini-whole grain buns
Southwest Mayonnaise
  • 1 C mayonnaise (may use low fat or nonfat)
  • 2 tsp Two Snooty Southwest Sedona gourmet spice blend
  • Mix well and refrigerate
  1. To make ground chicken sliders: combine the ground chicken, grated cheese, salt & pepper, mix well to combine
  2. Form into 2 oz patties
  3. Grill or fry patties 2 -3 minutes on each side to internal temperature of 165°
  4. Place patties on mini buns that have been spread with Southwest Mayonnaise
  5. Top with tomato slice and caramelized onions and serve
