Grilled Italianno De Capri Marinated Portabello Steaks

Yield: 4 servings
  1. Place the mushroom caps in a gallon size Ziploc bag
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the vinegar, mustard, and Two Snooty Chefs® Italianno de Capri Gourmet Spice Blend
  3. Slowly add the oil to the mixture, whisking till well combined
  4. Pour marinade over mushroom caps in Ziploc bag - push the air out of the bag as you close it
  5. Let marinate 12 hours or overnight in refrigerator
  6. Remove from marinade and grill on barbeque about 5 minutes per side
  7. Slice and serve

*Chefs' note: Flank steak can be substituted for Portabello mushrooms
