Grilled Italianno De Capri Marinated Portabello Steaks

Ingredients:
- 4 large Portabello mushrooms - stems removed
- 1 C balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp Two Snooty Chefs® Italianno de Capri Gourmet Spice Blend
- 1 C canola oil
Procedure:
- Place the mushroom caps in a gallon size Ziploc bag
- In a large bowl, whisk together the vinegar, mustard, and Two Snooty Chefs® Italianno de Capri Gourmet Spice Blend
- Slowly add the oil to the mixture, whisking till well combined
- Pour marinade over mushroom caps in Ziploc bag - push the air out of the bag as you close it
- Let marinate 12 hours or overnight in refrigerator
- Remove from marinade and grill on barbeque about 5 minutes per side
- Slice and serve
*Chefs' note: Flank steak can be substituted for Portabello mushrooms
