Grilled Vegetables with Alaea Hawaiian Sea Salt
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 yam, peeled and cut into large fingers
- 1 large onion, peeled and sliced into large rings
- 2 red bell peppers, quartered and seeded
- ¼ C olive oil
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tsp Two Snooty Chefs® Alaea Hawaiian Sea Salt
Procedure:
- Preheat barbeque to medium high
- Place vegetables in a large bowl
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
- Season with Two Snooty Chefs® Alaea Hawaiian Sea Salt and toss
- Place vegetables on grill until tender and slightly charred all over, about 7-10 minutes, turn often
- Serve hot
