Grilled Vegetables with Alaea Hawaiian Sea Salt

Yield: 4 servings
  • 1 yam, peeled and cut into large fingers
  • 1 large onion, peeled and sliced into large rings
  • 2 red bell peppers, quartered and seeded
  • ¼ C olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tsp Two Snooty Chefs® Alaea Hawaiian Sea Salt
  1. Preheat barbeque to medium high
  2. Place vegetables in a large bowl
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar 
  4. Season with Two Snooty Chefs® Alaea Hawaiian Sea Salt and toss
  5. Place vegetables on grill until tender and slightly charred all over, about 7-10 minutes, turn often
  6. Serve hot
