Ol' Hickory BBQ Corn On The Cob

Yield: 6 servings
  1. Preheat BBQ grill
  2. Peel husks back on corn and remove silks
  3. Submerge ears in ice water for 30 minutes; remove and dry with paper towels
  4. Combine butter and Two Snooty Chefs® Ol' Hickory BBQ Gourmet Spice Blend to taste; spread evenly between the six ears of corn
  5. Close husks around the corn and wrap each ear in aluminum foil
  6. Place on grill and cook 20-30 minutes, turning often
  7. Serve by unwrapping and adjusting the seasoning with a little more Two Snooty Chefs® Ol' Hickory BBQ Gourmet Spice Blend to taste
  8. Enjoy!
