Ol' Hickory BBQ Corn On The Cob
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 6 ears fresh sweet corn
- 6 Tbsp softened butter
- Two Snooty Chefs® Ol' Hickory BBQ Gourmet Spice Blend
Procedure:
- Preheat BBQ grill
- Peel husks back on corn and remove silks
- Submerge ears in ice water for 30 minutes; remove and dry with paper towels
- Combine butter and Two Snooty Chefs® Ol' Hickory BBQ Gourmet Spice Blend to taste; spread evenly between the six ears of corn
- Close husks around the corn and wrap each ear in aluminum foil
- Place on grill and cook 20-30 minutes, turning often
- Serve by unwrapping and adjusting the seasoning with a little more Two Snooty Chefs® Ol' Hickory BBQ Gourmet Spice Blend to taste
